The coffee that pays a reasonable amount of money to the coffee farmers is called Free Trading Coffee. You can always ask for "Free trading coffee" whenever you ask for a cup of coffee in any coffee shop. Even Starbucks started to provide free trading coffee recently. It was advisable to go to starbucks and ask for this type of coffee instead of the regular coffee in order to encourage the company to sell free trading coffee if they see a great demand for this type of coffee.
